Architect and Urban Designer, holds a Master in Urban Planning (State University of New York at Buffalo), Master Smart City Manager (Zigurat/Universitat de Barcelona) and a Engineering Doctorate (Eindhoven University of Technology). Has many years of experience in government always at the crossroads of digital innovation, spatial planning and community engagement.
