Alessandra Cimadom graduated in Computer Science at the University of Torino.
Fifteen years of experience in management consulting have contributed to her specialisation in transformation projects, helping companies to innovate their processes, improving their performance across the entire value chain of their core business. She has acquired an excellent knowledge of the Energy, Telecommunications and Public Administration markets. She has been involved in innovative projects in the commercial, management and technological fields where she has combined scientific background and process knowledge, fostering a continuous dialogue between the clients’ functional structures. In recent years, she has expanded her area of intervention to a European level, extending her expertise to the management processes of energy and value-added services affected by the digital transformation. She worked as Equity Partner in EY Advisory Spa holding the roles of Energy Market Consulting Leader and Transformation Leader.
Since February 2022, she holds the position of Director-General of the City of Torino, where she is applying the experience gained in the private sector to lead an internal organisational transformation, both in terms of HR processes and empowerment of services offered to citizens.
Her role is crucial to achieving the challenging goals that Europe has set and that must lead the city towards the consolidation of a new international vocation. Particularly in this period, which is extraordinary in terms of the funds available for the financing of strategic projects and the ongoing urban, digital and climate transformations.
