Jeff Stovall serves as Chief Information Officer for the City of Dallas, bringing decades of public- and private-sector technology leadership to advance the city’s digital transformation.
He previously led enterprise technology strategy as Senior Vice President and CIO at Abt Global and spent ten years as the first CIO for the City of Charlotte, modernizing citizen services and establishing nationally recognized cybersecurity and data governance programs. His career also includes executive roles at Sprint Nextel, DuPont, and Oracle.
An MIT and University of Virginia Darden School of Business graduate, Jeff is dedicated to leveraging technology to deliver efficient, equitable, and secure services that strengthen Dallas communities and build public trust.
