Mr. Geoffrey Urbach is the Emerging Technology Team’s Product & Partnerships Lead for the City of San Antonio. In this role, Geoffrey collaborates across city departments to identify business challenges and evaluate NextGen technology solutions to meet their needs. Geoffrey also leads the SmartSA Partnership, a collaboration among 18 of the largest public-sector agencies and local organizations dedicated to building a more connected, inclusive, and resilient San Antonio.

Prior to coming to San Antonio, Geoffrey managed Smart City partnerships for a GovTech company in New York City and engaged in legislative and regulatory advocacy in Washington, D.C.
