Aaron Bentley has worked for Salt Lake City for over twenty years. While at the city he has held several roles in the Information Management Services department. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and a member of Mayor Erin Mendenhall’s cabinet.

Aaron and his team enjoy modernizing local government and transforming Salt Lake City into a more open and inclusive community. He is passionate about tackling the digital divide in the city and has worked with the mayor and city council to establish programs to help address these issues. Aaron attended Brigham Young University and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
